Not a horrible week at all! I am finally getting re-motivated to run again. Friday night I told myself that I was going to do 2 miles Saturday morning, and I did! And I ran all of it but about 0.3 miles! That is definitely a record for me! For some reason the last couple days I’ve been stressing about the 5k in 2 weeks. I need to get out of my head!
Activity Plan for the Week:
Monday: rest
Tuesday: C25k W6D1 (fail-dogs let me sleep too late)
Wednesday: strength training (30 Day Shred DVD)
Thursday: C25k W6D2 (fail)
Friday: strength training (fail)
Saturday: C25k W6D3 (2 miles)
Sunday: C25k W7D1 (3 miles)
I have also been doing a couple of other challenges, to start incorporating more strength training to even out some of the cardio. I started on Wednesday morning-an arm challenge incorporating push-ups and planks and chair-dips; a crunch challenge, and a squat challenge.
